In Loving Memory of Charles "Charlie" Toth

Charlie passed away December 20, 2013 at the age of 64. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy for 6 years, served two terms as Executive State President of ABATE of Louisiana and several terms as Chapter President of the GNO/River Parishes Chapter.
