A.B.A.T.E. of Louisiana, Inc. State Advocate Glenn McGovern provides us with the A.B.A.T.E. of Louisiana, Inc. Advocate / Crash Reports. As State Advocate, he assists Chapter level Advocates, first and foremost, in assisting injured motorcyclists or family members of fatally injured motorcyclists in finding legal assistance and following the trial of any party who caused the accident through the judicial system to ensure equitable treatment for the victim.
